Matt Finkbeiner, CPA

Matt Finkbeiner is the Vice President of Finance for Patriot Growth Insurance Services, LLC. Matt has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. As the Vice President of Finance, Matt leads Patriot’s finance, accounting, and tax functions and is responsible for financial reporting to the various stakeholders supporting the company.

Prior to joining Patriot, Matt served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Atlas Energy Group, LLC, a publicly traded energy management company focused on developing assets within the upstream and midstream energy sectors. In this role, Matt was responsible for all external and internal financial reporting and accounting matters related to the Atlas entities. During his time at Atlas, Matt led the accounting team through complex accounting and finance matters including corporate restructurings, implementation of a new accounting system, technical accounting issues, and divestitures. Prior to Atlas, Matt was an Audit Senior Manager at Deloitte, managing high performance audit teams for a diversified base of large, publicly traded clients. During his time at Deloitte, Matt managed financial statement audits and supported his clients through a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, spinoff carveout financials, and registration statements.

Matt has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Muhlenberg College and is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania. Matt and his wife, Katie, have four children and reside in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, just north of Philadelphia.
