Robert Monard

Robert (Bob) Monard, a senior manager with accounting, reporting and operational expertise, is Patriot Growth Insurance Services, LLC’s Chief Accounting Officer (CAO). As CAO, Bob oversees all aspects of the accounting operations of Patriot, including financial reporting, agency accounting, M&A accounting and integrations, treasury management, financial statement audit preparation, and tax preparation.

He also works closely with Patriot’s cross-functional teams to help create efficient processes and practices across the group.

Before joining Patriot, Mr. Monard was Treasurer & Controller at Hylant Group, Inc., where he was responsible for all accounting and treasury activities in addition to partnering with other cross functional teams, agency and regional leadership, as well as executive leadership.  Prior to Hylant, Bob was an assurance manager at Ernst &Young LLP,  serving clients of various sizes across multiple industries.

Mr. Monard holds a BSBA in Accounting and Finance from Ohio Northern University and is a Certified Public Accountant.  He resides in Perrysburg, Ohio with his wife and two dogs. He enjoys fitness and outdoor activities, watching his favorite sports teams, and cruising.  Additionally, he is a big supporter of animal welfare and dog rescue and is a member of his alma mater’s business college advisory board.
