Patriot’s DEI Initiatives


We put our mission into action by celebrating the characteristics and achievements that make our employees unique. Our commitment to this vision is reflected in our business practices.

Patriot leadership prioritizes the following objectives:

  • Education and awareness around critical DEI issues and scenarios for executive leadership, management, and employees
  • Inclusive recruitment efforts, hiring, and onboarding practices and policies
  • Professional development and training for all team members
  • Employee and agency recognition programs that celebrate milestones
  • Ongoing development of an equitable work culture and environment

Diversity Advisory Council


Patriot’s Diversity Advisory Council oversees and guides all company DEI initiatives. The council is led by Patriot’s Diversity Officer. Patriot’s Chief Executive Officer serves as the executive sponsor. Other council members include individuals from Patriot’s Agency Growth Team and our partner agencies.

The Council is responsible for:

  • Taking meaningful and tangible actions to create awareness of DEI initiatives
  • Conducting annual reviews and evaluations of the organization’s diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts
  • Making improvements to current initiatives and developing new ones as necessary and appropriate
  • Providing annual DEI training for all employees
  • Hosting topical webinars throughout the year
