Advisory Council


The Patriot Belongs Council is led by Patriot’s Diversity Officer. Other council members include individuals from Patriot’s Agency Growth Team and our partner agencies.

The Council is responsible for:

  • Taking meaningful and tangible actions to create awareness of initiatives
  • Conducting annual reviews and evaluations of the organization’s diversity and inclusion efforts
  • Making improvements to current initiatives and developing new ones as necessary and appropriate
  • Providing annual training for all employees
  • Hosting topical webinars throughout the year
